1 Large potato cubed
1 slice of bacon sliced
Hand full of Kale
Hand full of spinach
Splash of sherry vinegar
Salt & Pepper
Method
Roast cubed pots in oil and salt. Cook until slightly colored. Save for later.
To order put pots in frying pan with bacon. Cook to crisp off, add kale and spinach and sweat down.
Add salt, pepper and a splash of sherry vin
Serve
