Gnocchi

Ingredients

12 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed
6 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
4 large egg
4 teaspoons kosher salt

Method

Boil potatoes and mash, let cool
Fold in flour, egg & salt
Roll in tube and cut
Boil in salted water 3-4 min or until gnocchi risen to top
