Ingredients

6 shallots sliced
4 cloves garlic
400ml white wine
300 chicken stock
400ml cream
tea spoon salt & pepper

Sweat shallots add garlic crushed
Add white wine and reduce 1/2 add stock cook for 5 min
add Cream cook 5 min
