3 Eggs
1 Tbls Dijion mustard
3 Tbls White wine vinegar
Pinch salt & pepper
1 Ltr veg oil
Method
Put eggs, vinegar, mustard, salt & pepper into a narrow 2ltr jug
Blend with stick blender
Slowly pour in oil while blending
