Ice Cream

Ingredients

570ml cream
600ml milk
1 vanilla pod
6 egg yolks
230g caster sugar

Method

Pour the cream, milk and scraped vanilla pod in pan and bring to simmer.

Whisk the egg yolk and sugar in a bowl.

Pour in the milk mix a little at a time. whisking.

Put back to pot and cook for 5 min whisking.

Sieve and let cool.
