Ingredients

1 loaf of bread cut in 3cm cubes (no crust)
1 sprig of rosemary
2 cloves of garlic
pinch of salt
oil

Method

Roll bread in oil and salt.
Place in a tray.
Break up the rosemary and rub in hand then add to tray.
Roughly crush garlic and add to tray
Bake 10-15 min
