1000ml milk
400g honey
400g egg yolks
400g Dark chocolate
120gr Coco powder
2tbls sea salt
1000ml cream
Method
Heat milk & honey not boil
whip egg yolks and slowly add milk mix
Back in pan and heat to thicken
Melt in chocolate, coco powder and salt
Sieve and cool.
Once cool whip in cream and churn
