Blender Custard

Ingredients

300ml milk
300ml cream
splash vanilla
100gr sugar
171/2 tbls cornflour
40g egg yolk
1 egg
30g butter

Method

Heat milk and cream and bring to simmer
Put vanilla, egg yolk, egg, sugar and cornflour in blender and start to blend.
With blender running pour in hot milk mix
Add butter and end and finish
