BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
1 white onion finely diced
400g of plum tomatoes blended
85g brown sugar
3 tbsp of malt vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp Chubbs Smokey sauce
1 tbsp tomato puree

Method

Heat the olive oil and onion and gently cook until soft

Add remaining ingredients and bring to the boil. Then turn down to a gentle simmer and cook for ½ an hour.

Blend and pass through a sieve.
