Souflee pancakes

Ingredients

3 eggs separated
1/6 lemon slice
1 & 1/2 tbls caster sugar
3 tbls cornflower

Method

Beat egg yolks & cornflour
Whisk egg whites & lemon juice. As thickening add sugar.
Fold in the egg yolk mix.

Heat frying pan and put 2 rings on. Spray with oil and ladle in mixture.
put in 180c oven for 7 min.
