2 cup caster sugar
1 cup of water
1 cup of white wine vinegar
2 tsp salt
2 chillies finely chopped
2 shallots finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
50ml sweet soya sauce
Method
Bring all the ingredients to boil except sweet soya
Boil for 10 min
Add sweet soya to finish
