Crispy Duck

Ingredients

1 Whole duck
5tbsp Red peppercorns
5tbls Five spice
4cm Ginger grated
2 Cloves of garlic micro planned

Method

Blend peppercorns to dust, mix with five spice.
Mix ginger and garlic and stuff in duck
Rub all over with peppercorn mix
Cook 180c for 1&1/2 hrs
