Yorshire Mix

Ingredients

Jug up to 1400ml of each
Eggs
Flour
Milk
Tbsp of salt & pepper

Method

Beat eggs
Beat in the flour
Beat in the milk
mix in salt & pepper
Leave for 24hrs

Heat oven to 210c
pour oil into tray and heat
pour in mix and cook 25min
repeat
